Endless Hunt for Jobs: Is there any end to it ?

This article is written aiming for solution eyeing on the desperate hunt of students for jobs and companies. The graduation gets over on time but the hunt for a good job never ends!! This might not be the best solution to the problem but if you can follow these steps then it will definitely prove to be a catalyst for you in your journey.
First of all, if you happen to be a student of some IIT or NIT, then the job would not be a big issue for you. The campus placements of those institutes are quite good each and every year. And it would be a lot easier to get placed directly from the campus with a good and handy preparation. This again depends on your discipline and whether you are preparing for core or noncore. Because, these days we have a lot of private companies recruiting students for noncore profile including finance, coding, and data science with real hefty packages from those good institutes. A good preparation in your field of interest could secure you a good job from campus placements.
If at all, there is some reason for which you didn't get place through campus, then don’t be disheartened because the off-campus opportunities are always available in which, you simply have to prepare a good 1 page or a max 2 pages of CV/Resume and focus on technical and HR questions from your field and those mentioned in your CV because those companies sooner or later will directly take your interview, if you are a good fit for their profile. Just remember to work on your CV/Resume as much as you can. The company recruiters will always judge you on the basis of your CV/Resume. Moreover, You can simply mail your CV/Resume with an attractive cover letter to the HR and technical persons of the company. They will directly contact you on your given contact number for a possible interview if there is an affirmation from there side. You can install “ClearBit”, which is a google chrome extension which would help you in finding the all possible contact persons of a company in which you aim to get recruited. Just take those contact mail id’s and do the above procedure written. There is every possible chance the more you devote your time to mailing and exploring the more are the chances of getting a job quickly in an off-campus interview. Alternatively, keep your LinkedIn Profile updated as you have worked on your CV. Connect more and more people from the technical background and the recruiters. Make your tagline “Looking for Opportunities in XYZ Profile”. This way the recruiters will get an idea of your situation and contact you through LinkedIn itself. Just make sure, there is no way that they get disappointed with your profile or previous works or the way you are presenting yourself in front of them. Moreover, there are hundreds of job-related groups you would find on Facebook or any other social platform. Join them and keep yourself updated on the different openings in various companies and either contact the person who is posting the job openings on those groups or comment your affirmation on those posts (generally the comments get neglected depending on the number of people interested in those openings). It’s again up to you how to use the social media to your advantage. Keeping aside the social media, the newspapers and other media of information are also helpful to find out the job openings. The same thing you have to follow even if you are in any private or Government college in any part of the country. You can contact your friends, your seniors who will help you with there contacts and knowledge and your family, your well-wishers who will always help you during these phases and will never let your confidence and motivation down. And also Remember to choose your field of interest carefully because there is common saying that "Working hard for something hard we don't care about is called stress; Working hard for something we love is called passion."
Meanwhile in the process, don’t get panicked, stay calm and composed even if you have to face certain rejections because this is just a part of life. There are countless opportunities you will get even if you don't get success in the first step. Remember one thing, just keep on trying !!! Because this always holds true “Every time You think you were being rejected from something good, You were actually being re-directed to something better.”
The tips provided generalizes any company you opt for.
Hope it helps everybody with their Job hunt and preparation !!
Cheers !!
